Hernandez, Donovan, Rowe and Mitchell
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Environmental Review Coordinator Reid
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Chairman Hodson called the meeting to order at 5:38 pm.
2. ROLL CALL - Members present constituted a quorum.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MSUC Mitchell/Donovan to approve the minutes of
February 24, 1986
4. OLD BUSINESS:
- Review of Potential Historical Sites
331 "F" Street
ADMA is considering the purchase of this property and has proposed
developing a mixed use project consisting of approximately 9,300 sq. ft.
of commercial and 20 apartment units. After a brief discussion, the
Commission made their motion.
MSUC Taylor/Donovan to not consider the property as a historical site.
The Commission reviewed the sites that were observed on afield trip on
May 10, 1986 and concluded that the following sites should be scheduled
fora Public Hearing for further consideration:

6. STAFF REPORT:
Environmental Review Coordinator Reid distributed a copy of the Commission's
budget for 1986-87 and noted it was scheduled to go to Council on June 5, 1986.
He also distributed a copy of the Draft Environmental Impact Report
(EIR-85-2) regarding the location of a helipad for emergency use at
Bay Hospital Medical Center.
7. ADJOURNMENT TO WORKSHOP MEETING ON JUNE 16, 1986 AND REGULAR RESCHEDULED
MEETING FAR JULY 7, 1986.
