INTRODUCTION OF NEW MEMBER: Mr. Stephen Cameron, newly appointed Commissioner, replacing Commissioner Edwards, was introduced and welcomed. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MSUC (Rowe/Donovan) (Commissioner Cameron abstained) to approve the minutes of August 25, 1986 with the following corrections: On page 4, item c, approve with clarification to be made by staff. Page 5, item j, not should be no. 3. NEW BUSINESS: Environmental Review Coordinator Reid reviewed various projects to be studied: a. Weiser Subdivision - So. of Naples Street between 4th Avenue. b. Acquisition and demolition of Taco Shop at 3rd and H c. Expansion of Educare Childress Center d. Acquisition and demolition of property at 350-354-368 Bay Blvd. e. Rezoning study and hearing on Las Flores Drive. f. 946 Broadway - 3-story, 50 unit motel. g. La Mancha development - Southwest corner of Hilltop Drive and Orange Ave. h. Toy Storage - Industrial Blvd. i. Bonita Plaza Apartments - Bonita Road & E Street. j. Rancho Del Sur - South side of Telegraph Canyon Road bysected by Medical Center Drive. k. Brandywine Industrial Center 1. Corona Vista - Between Bonita Ridge and Bonita Terrace. m. Martin Winery Inc. - 380 Telegraph Canyon Road. n. Fifth Avenue Street Improvements in Montgomery area. o. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Taylor called meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Members present constituted a quorum. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: This item continued to next regular scheduled meeting. 4. NEW BUSINESS: - Review of Budget for Fiscal Year 1987-88 Environmental Review Coordinator Reid suggested the Commission review copies of the current budget for discussion at a later meeting. 5. COMMUNICATIONS (PUBLIC REMARKS/BD MEMBERS COMMENTS/WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE) - None 6. STAFF REPORT: Pqr. Reid told the Commission the Planning Commission is having a workshop on the General Plan update and the Resource Conservation Commission is invited to attend. Mr. Reid stated that as was previously noted, the approval of Eastlake Project required that certain stages of the planning and installation of Route 125 be accomplished prior to the issuing of building permits for various phases. Work on Route 125 has not progressed as rapidly as anticipated and no further building permits will be issued for the Eastlake Project until work on Route 125 is satisfactory. 7.
