Request that the RCC recommend that the City Council approve submittal of a Grant application to the California Integrated Waste Management Board. The application is fora 1996/97 Used Oil Block Grant of $73,361 to continue the current used oil public education and recycling programs through the 1996/97 fiscal year. The RCC has reviewed the public education and recycling programs in the 1995/96 grant application cycle. 3. Review of Negative Declaration for IS-94-08, Reconstruction and resurfacing of Broadway from Naples Street to Anita Street. 4.
