3. Application for Used of to Grant. The California
Used Oil Inhancement Act rov d s for block grants to
local governments for use oil p ograms that encourage
recycling and avoid inproper di osal. It is proposed
that a regional application be made for the Cities of
Chula Vista, National City and Imperial Beach.
4. Review of Negative Declaration IS-94-18, Bonita Long
Canyon Streambed for a Gabion Channel including rock site
slopes cover by wire screen and an earthen bottom channel
located northerly and easterly of Fallbrook Court and
south and west of Acacia Ave.
