1. Review and Recommend that City Council adopt a proposal to add
"Empty" Aerosol Containers to the City's curbside and multi-
family residential recovery programs - Michael Meacham
2. Review and Recommend that City Council adopt the Annual Source
Reduction and Recylcinq Element Report and the Nondisposal
Facility Element as prepared for the California integrated
Waste Management Board. The report summarizes the status of
short-term program objectives in the source reduction,
recycling, composting, special waste and public education
