General Plan Land Use Diagram from Open Space to
Research and Limited Manufacturing on property located
north of "L" Street, between Interstate 5 and the San Diego

3. PUBLIC HEARING: PCA-94-O5: Consideration of amendments to Sections
19.58.225 and 19.60.060 of the Municipal Code to allow
freeway-oriented electronic message board signs to be
