AND SHIRLEY URQUI DI The City Council of the City of Chu1a Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City of Chu1a Vista that that certain grant by easement , executed by urquidi dated the 3rd day of May , 19 83 ,a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated to the public use for street and highway purposes by the City of Chu1a Vista. the City Council of the of real property, made Luis I. and Shirley L. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby officially named CASSELMAN STREET BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chu1a Vista be, .and she is hereby authorized to record said grant deed in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
