Home My WebLink AboutReso 1983-11245 RESOLUTION NO. 11245 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER MADE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 11206 CITY OF CHULA VISTA BAY BOULEVARD STREET LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1983-84 The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, California did in Resolution No. 11206, adopted April 19, 1983, pursuant to the provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", of the State of California (Part 2 of Division 15, Section 22500 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of said State), require the City Engineer to make and file with the City Clerk a report presenting certain matters relating to the proposed maintenance of certain street lighting fixtures and appurtenances and the proposed replacement thereof throughout said District; and for the maintenance of certain landscaping and the replacement thereof, as contemplated under the provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972"; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer, pursuant to the requirements of the City Council as expressed in Resolution No. 11206, did make and file in the office of the City Clerk his report, and WHEREAS, said City Clerk has presented the report to the City Council, and Council has proceeded to consider the report and is satisfied with said report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: That the report of the City Engineer which was prepared and filed pursuant to the requirements of the provisions of Resolution No. 11206 of the City Council of said City, and in conformity with the provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", of the State of California (Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and Highways Code of said State), and which report was filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, California, on the 24th day of May , 1983, be and the same is hereby approved as so prepared, presented and filed.
