Home My WebLink AboutReso 1983-11213 RESOLUTION NO. 11213 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA GRANTING AN EASEMENT ON LOT 7 OF THE TOWN CENTRE FOCUS AREA TO SWEETWATER AUTHORITY follows: The City Council of the City of Chu 1 a Vi sta does hereby resolve as WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista desires to accomplish the installation, repair, and maintenance of water facilities within the Town Centre Focus Area in a cooperative manner with Sweetwater Authority. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista hereby grants a 51 x 3151 easement on Lot 7 of the Town Centre Focus Area Subdivision for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water facilities, more particularly described within the attached easement document (Attachment A).
