2. Interviews will be held for the Parks and Recreation Commission (2) and Growth Management Oversight
Commission (2).
3. Discussion of fiscal year 1996197 budget.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
This is an opportunity for the general public to address the City Council on any subject matter within the
Council'sjurisdiction that is not an item on this agenda for public discussion. (State illw, however, generally
prohibits the City Council from taking action on any issues not included on the posted agenda.) If you wish to
address the Council on such a subject, please complete the yellow "Request to Speak Under Oral Communications
Form" avaiillble in the lobby and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting. Those who wish to speak,
please give your name and address for record purposes and follow up action. Your time is limited to three
minutes per speaker.
AD IOURNMENT
The meeting will adjourn to (a closed session and thence to) the regular City Council meeting on August 13, 1996
at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.

Unless the City Attorney, the City Manager or the City Council states otherwise at this time, the Council will
discuss and deliberate on the following items of business which are permitted by law to be the subject of a closed
session discussion, and which the Council is advised should be discussed in closed session to best protect the
interests of the City. The Council is required by law to return to open session, issue any reports of final action
taken in closed session, and the votes taken.
