RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM EL RANCHO DEL REY, A CORPORATION, FOR SEWER AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES / /7'- The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve 'as follows: f" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement for sewer and drainage purposes executed by El Rancho del Rey, a corporation, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City for sewer and drainage purposes which are required for offsite public facilities being installed by ADMA Company.
