RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
FINANCIAL SCENE FOR A PORTION OF LOT Q, MAP 10051

resolve as follows:
" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
real property, made by grant deed executed by Financial Scene.
for a portion of Lot Q, Map 10051

dated the 24th day of October ,1983 ,to the CITY
OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as a grant in
fee.
