A joint meeting of the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 10:10 p.m. (immediately following the City Council meeting) in the Council Chambers located in the Public Services Building, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California. CALL TO ORDER 1. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: ABSENT: None ALSO PRESENT: Agency/Council Members Davis, Padilia, Moot, Salas, and Chair/Mayor Horton City Manager/Executive Director Rowlands, Senior Assistant City Attorney/Acting Agency Attorney Moore, City Clerk Bigelow ORAL COMMUNICATIONS There were none. Goodrich Under Negotiation: Purchase/lease terms and conditions ADJOURNMENT At 10:11 p.m., Chair/Mayor Horton adjourned the meeting to the Regular Meeting of the City Council on April 20, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. and to the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency on April 20, 1999, immediately following the City Council meeting.
