A joint meeting of the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 7:41 p.m. (immediately following the City Council meeting) in the Council Chambers located in the Public Services Building, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California. CALL TO ORDER 1. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Agency/Council Members Davis, Padilia, Salas, and Chair Horton ABSENT: Agency/Council Member Moot ALSO PRESENT: City Manager/Executive Director Rowlands, City/Agency Attorney Kaheny, City Clerk Bigelow ORAL COMMUNICATIONS There were none. At 7:42 p.m., Chair/Mayor Horton recessed the meeting to Closed Session. CLOSED SESSIONS 5.
