CALL TO ORDER A joint meeting of the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 4:43 p.m. (immediately following the City Council meeting) in the Council Chambers located in the Public Services Building, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Agency/Council Members Davis, Moot, Salas, and Chair/Mayor Horton ABSENT: Agency/Council Member Padilia ALSO PRESENT: City Manager/Executive Director Rowlands, City Attorney/Agency Attorney Kaheny, City Clerk Bigelow ORAL COMMUNICATIONS There were none. OTHER BUSINESS There was none. At 4:44 p.~n., Chair Horton recessed the meeting to Closed Session. CLOSED SESSION 1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (b). Contemplated use of eminent domain by the City of San Diego (Metropolitan Waste Water Department or its affiliates) to acquire Agency owned property. No action was taken. ADJOURNMENT At 5:20 p.m., Chair/Mayor Horton adjourned the meeting to the Regular City Council and Redevelopmeat Agency meetings to be held on March 16, 1999.
