NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby amend the Master Fee Schedule, Chapter XIII, "Parks", adjusting the park acquisition in-lieu fee and the park development in-lieu fee as follows: Resolution No. 2005-348 Page 2 AREAS EAST OF I-80S PARKLAND ACQUISITION Single Family Multi-Family Mobile HoleV Home Motel Room DUs per Park Acre 95 ]28 203 222 Acquistion Cost Per Acre $1,204,200 $1,204,200 $1,204,200 $1,204,200 Proposed In-Lieu Fee Per Unit $12,676 $9,408 $5,932 $5,424 AREAS WEST OF I-80S PARKLAND ACQUISITION Single Family Multi-Family Mobile HoteV Home Motel Room DUs per Park Acre 95 ]28 203 222 Acquisition Cost!
