The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the contract with the State of California, Department of Youth Authority, for the services of Billy Cox, Sr. needs to be amended to reflect an extension for a second year as well as changes in salary and benefits. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain Amendment to Contract No. 295 with the State of California, Department of Youth Authority, for the services of Billy Cox, Sr., dated the 19th day of February, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, be, and the same is hereby approved. Page 2, reference no. I, paragraph 2, first sentence shall be changed to read: The salary is more specifically set forth on the individual salary account, attached as amended Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated as though fully set forth. 2. Page 2, reference no. 2, paragraph I, first sentence shall be changed to read: The total amount to be reimbursed CITY for all claims hereunder shall not exceed $103,718.00. 3. Page 5, reference no. 6, sentences no. 2 and 3 shall be changed to read: This agreement shall be renewed for another year as stipulated in the original contract.
