RESOLUTION NO. 2005-262
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA LEVYING THE ASSESSMENTS AND
COLLECTIBLES FOR EASTLAKE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. I AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT I
WHEREAS, prior to the adoption of this resolution, the City Council caused the
formation of various districts under and pursuant to state law; and
WHEREAS, as required by ordinance, the City Engineer has prepared and filed the
annual reports for all existing Open Space Maintenance Districts in the City; and
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2005, Council approved the engineer's reports and set July 19,
2005 as the date for the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the proposed assessments for Fiscal Year 2005/2006 is as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as to Eastlake Maintenance District No.1 and
Open Space District 1 herein referenced that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does
hereby find that written protests against the proposed assessment have not been made by owners
representing more than one-half of the area of land to be assessed ITom the improvement;
confirm the diagram and assessment contained in the Engineer's Report; and order the open
space and maintenance facilities to be maintained. The adoption of this resolution constitutes the
levy of assessments and collectibles as proposed in the Engineer's Report for the 2005/2006
fiscal year and sets forth hereinabove for Eastlake Maintenance District No.1 and Open Space
District 1.
