RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM GREG DIRIENZO AND JOSEPH A.
GIAMPAOLO, GENERAL PARTNERS OF MEDICI EQUITIES FUND II,
FOR DRAINAGE AND ACCESS PURPOSES - CANTERBURY COURT
The City Council of the City of Chula vista does hereby
:esolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of

GRANT OF EASEMENT - FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned do/does hereby grant to the City of Chula Vista
in the County of San Diego, State of California, an easement and right-
of-way for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate, replace, re-
move, or enlarge a drain sewer and appurtenant structures in, upon, ove
and across that certain real property situated in the City of Chula
Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows:
PORTIONS OF PARCEL "B" OF PARCEL MAP NO. 17, PORTIONS OF LOTS 11 AND 12
OF BLOCK 3 OF SEA VALE SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON MAP NO. 1417, SAID MAPS
HAVING BEEN FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, OCTOBER
31, 1966 AND FEBRUARY 19, 1912 RESPECTIVELY, AND PORTIONS OF VACATED
THIRD AVENUE VACATED BY CITY OF CHULA VISTA COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7486
RECORDED JANUARY 20, 1975 AS DOCUMENT NO. 75-013004 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO.
together with the right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right-of-way and to deposit tools, implements
and other materials thereon by said City of Chula Vista, its officers,
agents and employees and by any contractor, his agents and employees
engaged by said City, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes
