RESOLUTION NO. 11735
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'rHE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS AS OUTLINED IN THE
ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE 1911 BLOCK ACT PHASE XVI
PROJECT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1984, the City Council received the
final City Engineer's report on the cost of construction of work
adjacent to six parcels in the 1911 Block Act Phase XVI Project,
and
WHEREAS, the six properties that were included in the
1911 Block Act Program were as follows:

BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that staff is authorized to
collect the assessed amounts if not paid off in full, utilizing a
simple interest rate of 7% per annum. Payments may be made in a
maximum of ten annual installments.

resolve as follows:

1911 Block Act, Phase XVI
Assessment No. 2
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Improvement Act of 1911, I
did, on the 7th day of February 1984, cause the improvement or improvements
pursuant to Chapter 27 of said Act, to be constructed and the City Council of
Chu1a Vista did, on the 21st day of August 1984, by Resolution No. 11735,
assess the cost of such construction upon the real property hereinafter
described, and the same has not been paid nor any part thereof, and the said
City does hereby claim a lien on said real property in the sum of SIX HUNDRED
EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($687.50), and the same shall be a lien
upon said rea 1 property, until the sa id sum, with interest at the rate of 7
percent per annum, from the 21st day of September 1984, has been paid in full
and discharged of record within a maximum period of ten (10) years.
The real property hereinbefore mentioned and upon which a lien is claimed,
is that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Chu1a
Vista, the County of San Diego, State of California, and particularly
described as follows, to wit:

Assessment No. 3
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Improvement Act of 1911, I
did, on the 7th day of February 1984, cause the improvement or improvements
pursuant to Chapter 27 of said Act, to be constructed and the City Council of
Chula Vista did, on the 21st day of August 1984, by Resolution No. 11735,
assess the cost of such construction upon the real property hereinafter
described, and the same has not been paid nor any part thereof, and the said
City does hereby c 1 a im alien on sa i d rea 1 property in the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-FOUR CENTS ($5,613.84), and
the same shall be a lien upon said real property, until the said sum, with
interest at the rate of 7 percent per annum, from the 21 st day of September
1984, has been paid in full and discharged of record within a maximum period
of ten (10) years.
The real property hereinbefore mentioned and upon which a lien is claimed,
is that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Chula
Vista, the County of San Diego, State of California, and particularly
described as follows, to wit:
