RESOLUTION NO. 11587
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING AND GRANTING EASEMENT TO CENTRE CITY
ASSOCIATES ON LOT 7 OF TOWN CENTRE TOWNSITE TRACT 2
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT OF
EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
That the City of Chula vista does hereby grant certain
easement to Centre City Associates to install hardscape and
landscape on Lot 7 (parking structure site) of Town Centre
Townsi te Tract 2
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute same
for and on behalf of the City of Chula vista.

GRANT OF EASEMENT - FOR HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation
does hereby grant to the CENTRE CITY ASSOCIATES LIMITED
Commercial, a california limited partnership, its successors and
assigns, in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State
of California, an easement for, and the right to construct,
maintain or replace hardscape consisting of textured sidewalk,
planter walls and drainage facilities and the right to plant,
maintain, replace landscape materials and irrigation systems,
upon, over and across that certain real property situated in the
City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California,
and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Together with the right of the grantee to enter upon and to pass
and repass Over and along said easement and to deposit tools,
implements and other materials thereon by Grantee, his agents,
assigns, employees and by any contractor, his agents and
employees engages by said grantee his successors or assigns,
whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth:

That portion of Lot 7 of Chula Vista Tract 81-1, in the City of
Chula Vista, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 10505, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, October 22, 1982 described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Map
10505; thence North 71'25'00" East along the Northerly
line of said Lot 7 3.98 feet to a point on a 20.00 foot
radius curve concaVe Southerly, a radial to said point
bears North 34'32'48" East; thence Southerly 12.91 feet
along said curVe through a central angle of 36'58'30";
thence South 18'28'42" East 33.70 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Easterly having a radius of 100.00
feet; thence Southerly 55.3-6 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 31'43'03"; thence South
13'14'21" West 33.26 feet to the beginning of a curVe
concaVe Northwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet;
thence Southerly and Southwesterly 20.31 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 58'10'39"; thence South
