HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1984-11537 RESOLUTION NO. 11537 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA FINDING NO SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DUE TO THE TRANSFER OF METRO SEWER CAPACITY TO OTAY WATER DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore authorized the City Engineer to negotiate the sale of up to 5 million gallons per day (MGD) in Metro Sewer System capacity rights and the Otay Water District desires to purchase 1.2 MGD of such rights, and WHEREAS, an Initial IS-84-12 has been prepared and of capacity rights will have no Study and Negative Declaration it is found that the transfer/sale significant environmental impact. the City 18-84-12 transfer District.
