SHAW AND MARIA ANJOS NORTE SHAW TO NOT PROTEST THE FORMATION OF A REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICT FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS BENEFITING THEIR PROPERTY -AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT NO FEE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and DR. WALTER M. SHAW and MARIA ANJOS SHAW, 750 Dora Lane, Chula Vista, California 92010, hereinafter called "Property Owners"; WIT N E SSE T H : ---------- WHEREAS, Walter M. and Maria Anjos Norte Shaw are the owners of that certain property designated as Tentative Parcel Map 82-1, and WHEREAS, a condition of the tentative map authorizing the development of said property is that Property Owners agree to enter into an agreement not to oppose or protest the formation of an assess- ment or reimbursement district to provide adequate sewer capacity and drainage facilities benefiting their property. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: 1.
