RESOLUTION NO. 11526
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AND PIERI-DEBBAS ENTERPRISES FOR A PARKING
AGREEMENT FOR A COMMERCIAL OFFICE COMPLEX LOCATED
AT 666 THIRD AVENUE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement between THE CITY
OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and PIERI-DEBBAS ENTER-
PRISES for a parking agreement for a commercial office complex
located at 666 Third Avenue
dated the 24th day of January , 1984, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully
set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved.

PARKING AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into by and between PIERI-DEBBAS
ENTERPRISES and the CITY OF CHULA VISTA. PIERI-DEBBAS
ENTERPRISES is the owner of the property described herein, and
is acting as the managing partner of a joint venture known as
666 Third Avenue.
An office building project known as Corporate Plaza has
been developed at 678 Third Avenue in the City of Chula Vista,
California. As part of that project and contiguous to that
project, is a separate parcel legally described as follows:
"The Southerly 52.50 feet of all that portion of 5 Acre
Lot 10, in Quarter Section 139 of CHULA VISTA, according
to Map thereof No. 505, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, excepting therefrom the
westerly 420 feet of said Lot 10."
The City of Chula Vista has agreed and does agree that this
parcel when used as parking for the office building project
conforms to Section 19.62.040 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Chula Vista as an alternative to on-site parking.
Therefore Pieri-Debbas Enterprises does hereby agree that
said parcel shall be permanently reserved to provide space for
parking for the adjacent office building.

This Agreement shall inure to and be binding upon the
respective heirs, representatives, assigns and successors in
interest of the parties hereto.
