RESOLUTION NO. 11856
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'rY OF CHULA
VISTA ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF RESTROOM FACILITIES AT ROHR PARK
IN THE CITY OF CHU~A VISTA
The City Council of the City of Chula vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the following four bids were received and
opened at 2: 0 0 pm on the 14th day of ~ovemb"'r , 1984 ,

WHEREAS, it has been recommended that said contract be
awarded to the lowest responsibl~ bidder. Ken ~olbllrn
who has assured the City that he 1S a licensed contractor
in the State of California and can produce an acceptable perfor-
mance bond.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept said four bids, and
does hereby award the contract for said restroom fac111ties
at Rohr Park to Ken Colburn ~n the i'!monnr of
$36,7l0.00 to be completed 1n accordance with the
specifications as approved by the City Enqineer
of the City of Chula vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor
of the City of Chula vista be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of the City of
Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $40,400 is hereby
authorized to be expended from Account No. 600-6000-PD27 - Rohr
Park, Replace Restroom.
