RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ESTABLISHING DATES FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO BE
READY TO RECEIVE UNDERGROUND SERVICE AND REMOVAL OF
POLES AND OVERHEAD FACILITIES WITHIN UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 111 ON THIRD AVENUE FROM "K"
STREET TO "L" STREET
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore by Resolution
No. 9957-A established an underground utility district on Third
Avenue from "K" Street to "L" Street, and
WHEREAS, it is now desired, pursuant to said resolution,
to fix the date on which the affected property owners must be
ready to receive underground service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that the following dates are hereby esta-
blished ordering the property owners to prepare properties for
receipt of underground utilities:
1. The property owners in the Underground Utility
District No. III on Third Avenue from "K" Street to "L"
Street must be ready to receive underground service from
San Diego Gas and Electric Company on March 27, 1985 and
from Pacific Bell Company on November 15, 1985.
2. Poles, overhead wires and associated overhead struc-
tures must be removed within the Underground Utility
District No. III on Third Avenue from "K" Street to "L"
Street by February 28, 1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to all affected utility companies and
property owners.
