RESOLUTION NO 11792
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION AND FRINGE BENEFIT
PLAN FOR THE UNREPRESENTED/UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Manager has forwarded a recommended
compensation and fringe benefit plan for certain full time
unrepresented/unclassified clerical employees of the City of Chula
Vista, which has been presented to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and accept the
following recommendations for fiscal year 1984-85 for the
unrepresented/unclassified clerical employees of the City of Chula
Vista:
1. The following salary increases will be made
effective July 6, 1984:
