RESOLUTION NO.
11891
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - HIDDEN VISTA
SUBDIVISION, WEST OF RIDGEBACK ROAD, NORTH OF EAST
"H" STREET (TERRA NOVA)
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Engineering Departmen t of the Ci ty of Chula
Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for
Hidden Vista Subdivision. west of Rid2eba~k Rn~A ~nrrh
of East "H" Street (Terra Nova) Lots 1 throuah 295
has been completed in accordance with that certain contract
agreement dated March 2, 1981 , by and between the
City of Chula Vista and contractor, McMillin Development Inc.
and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December 1984 , a final
inspection was made and all of the publ ic improvements in the
project have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer and in accordance with the requirements of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are
hereby approved and accepted by said Ci ty, based upon the
recommendations of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution
to the contractor, McMillin Development Inc.
