RESOLUTION NO. 11870
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA OF INTENTION TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE COUNCIL
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 19, 1985 FROM 7:00 P.M TO 3:00 P.M.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING A DAYTIME MEETING
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, at the meeting of December 6, 1983, Council
directed that an ordinance be adopted giving it the flexibility of
scheduling daytime meetings on a regular basis (quarterly), and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2062 was adopted on January 17,
1984 and gives the Council the flexibili ty of changing the time of
a regular meeting for the second, third or fourth Tuesday of the
month, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt a resolu tion stating
such intent at least two weeks prior to the meeting time and
Council now desires to hold a daytime meeting on February 19, 1985
at 3:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista does hereby intend to change the time of
the Council meeting of February 19, 1985 frcm 7:00 p.m. to 3:00
p.m. for the purpose of holding a daytime meeting.
