RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAHE CITY OF CHUIA VISTA
DESIGNATIt-K; AUTHORIZED CITY REPRESENl'ATIVES TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL
SURPLUS ProPERlY FJUoI THE CALIFORNIA STATE AGENCY FOR SURPLUS
PROPERTY
follows:
The City Cooncil of the City of Chula Vista does herel:1¡ resolve as
WHEREAS, Public Law 94-519 prOlTides for the donation of Federal
surplus property through a designated State agency to any public agency, am
WHEREAS, the State Surplus Prcperty Þqency has been designated by
the State of Califoria as the official agency for that purpose am, in order
for the City to retain its eligibility to participate in the progrëm, autho-
rized signatures must be periodically updated.
NCW, WEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cooncil of the City of
Chula Vista does hereby designate the following City representatives to
a(X1uire Federal surplus prcperty fran the California State Agency for Surplus
Property:
