RESOLUTION NO. 11763
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF FIVE ONE-HOUR
PARKING METERS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF F STREET BETWEEN
THIRD AVENUE AND LANDIS STREET AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, When "F" Street between Third and Fourth Avenue
was resurfaced in conjunction with the Town Centre redevelopment,
all parking was removed on the south side of the street Which
allowed the street to be restriped with the addition of a two-way
left-turn poCket, and
WHEREAS, the new striping allows adequate curb lane width
on the north side of "F" Street between Landis and Third Avenue to
permit the addition of five parking meters, and
WHEREAS, the Parking Place Commission at their meeting of
June 12, 1984 recommended that the City Council approve the instal-
lation of these five meters, and
WHEREAS, the estimated
per week thereby recovering
approximately eight months.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the installation of
five one-hour pa:tking meters on the north side of "F" Street
between Third Avenue and Landis Street.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $650 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
Parking Meter Fund to Account No. 230-2300-5298 to cover the cost.
