HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1984-11746 RESOLUTION NO. 11746 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING A BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP 13006 AND LOTS 324 AND 325 OF MAP 10051 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ADJUSTMENT PLAT 85-2 ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the lot line between Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 and Lots 324 and 325 of Map 10051 (Hidden Vista Village) is now being adjusted to include the additional slope banks created by regrading of Lots 324 and 325 for condominiums being con- structed by McMillin Development (Windjammer Condos), and WHEREAS, since the City owns Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 in fee and additional land will be added to this parcel through approval of the adjustment plat, the City is therefore required to sign Adjustment Plat 85-2 as an owner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve a boundary adjustment between Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13006 and Lots 324 and 325 of Map 10051. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby authorized and directed to sign Adjustment Plat 85-2 for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
