Allen Habicht, 900 South San Gabriel Blvd. , San Gabriel 91776,
representing the applicant, discussed the traffic circulation and
on-site parking spaces to be provided for the medical office
building.
Discussion followed concerning suggestions for employee parking;
requirement for compact car parking spaces should be expanded from
16% to 40% ; Design Review Committee comfortable in making
trade-offs concerning parking and circulation.
Traffic Engineer Glass suggested employees can park on the upper

minor inconvenience. In addition, he suggested ingress and egress
be restricted to a right hand turn lane only on Third Avenue.
MSUC (Malcolm/Cox) to amend the resolution to require an
additional 8 parking spaces, allow up to 25% for compact car
