HomeMy WebLinkAboutrda min 1975/10/28 REGULAR MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA Held Tuesday October 28, 1975 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Redevelopment Agen cy 0 f the City of Chula Vista, California, was held on the above date beginning at 8:50 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, with the following Members present: Chairman Hamilton, Members Scott, Hobel, Hyde, E g d ah 1 Members absent: None Staff present: Executive Director Cole, City Attorney Lindberg, As s i stan t City Manager Asmus, Director of Public Works Robens, Director of Planning Peterson, Administrative Analyst Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Member Hobel, s e conde d by Member Hyde and unanimous ly carried that the minutes of the meeting of October 21, 1975 be app rove d, copies having been sent to each Member. RESOLUTION NO. 26 In accordance with Agency's directive, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1 the Rules and Regulations are being OF THE REDEVE LOPMENT modified so that the meeting time of AGENCY RELATING TO THE the Agency will be changed to the first RULES AND REGULATIONS OF Thursday of the month. To comply with SAID REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY this directive, the Secretary must read DESIGNATING THE REGULAR the ti tle of th e Resolution for four MEETING TIME AS THE FIRS T consecutive meetings. This was the THURSDAY OF EACB MONTH fourth reading. AT 7:00 P. M. The Deputy City C 1 e rk read the title of the Resolution. Resolution offered Member Hyde offered the Resolution, the reading of the text was waived by unanimous consent, pas sed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Members Hyde, Egdahl, Scott,Hobel, Hamilton Noes: None Absent: None -97- Executi ve Director's Mr. Cole stated that the Agen cy had Comments set Wednesday, October 29, 1975 for a meeting to discuss implementation and consideration of the bayfron t. At the regular meeting on November 6 the Gruens wi II be here to discuss the same th i n g. He suggested that perhaps the Agency might wish to can ce 1 the meeting set for October 29. Motion to can ce 1 Member Scott moved that the October 29 Meeting meeting of the Agency be canceled. Motion was seconded by Member Egdahl and carried unanimously.
