Upon discovering the existence of an abandoned, wrecked,
dismantled, or inoperative vehicle, or parts thereof, on private
property or public property wi t.h in 1;he City, the chief of police
and/or the coùe enforcement oflicer shaJI have the authority to cause

prescribed herein.

space or tract of land in the City, any scrap iron, secondhand or used
machinery, or secondhand furniture, furnishings, or keep, maintain,
repair, store, assemble, or dissemble any disabled, unusable, or junk
motor vehicle upon any yard, plot, space or tract of land, unless such
yard, plot, space or tract of land is enclosed with a view-obscuring
fence six (6) feet in height and substantially constructed of
materials designed to be in conformance with the standards of the

6. General dilapidation.
7. Public nuisances: 10' hole in rear yard, Dodge van parked in front yard,
two motorcycles, two boats, shed, junk.
Thi 5 order requi res that penni ts to demolish must be obtained within thi rty
(30) days and the structure demolished and premises cleared within sixty (50)
days.
Any person having any record titl e or legal interest in this buil ding may
appeal this Order to the Housing and Appeals Board, providing the appeal is in

structure herelrJ described and has determined it to be substandard
and hereby orders t.he struct,ure to be demolished and the premises
