NOTICE AND ORDER
TO DEMOLISH OR REMOVE SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURES

The Director of Building and Housing has caused ~n inspection of
a structure herein described and has determined it to be
substandard and hareby orders the structure to be demolished or
removed and the premises left clean of all debris, trash and
rubbish.
The property to be demolished or removed is:
109 Woodlawn Avenue
Chula Vista, CA 92010
APN: 565-151-03
The inspection of the premises found the following conditions
which render the structure substandard according to Chula vista
Municipal Code 15.20.010 (Uniform Housing Code section 1001).
* Lot too small to accommodate structures, parking, open space
and driveway
* Lack of compliance and termite inspections prior to move-on
* Lack of required permits and inspections prior to move-on
* Lack of planning site approval
This order requires that permits to demolish or remove must be
obtained within thirty (30) days and the structure demolished or
removed and premises cleared within sixty (60) days.
Any person having any recorded title or legal interest in this
building may appeal this Order to the Housing and Appeals Board,
providing the appeal is in writing and is received within thirty
( 30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Order.
Failure to appeal constitutes a waiver of all rights to an
administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
