TO DEMOLISH OR REMOVE SUBSTANDARD STRUcruRES

The Director of Building and Housing has caused an inspection of a structure herein
described and has determined it to be substandard and hereby orders the structure to be
demolished or removed and the premises left clean of all debris, trash and rubbish.
The property to be demolished or removed is:
109 Woodlawn Avenue
Chula Vista, CA 92010
APN: 565-151-03
The inspection of the premises found the fOIlOWi~ conditions which render the structure
substandard according to Chula Vista Municipal ode 15.20.010 (Uniform Housing Code
Section 1001).
· Lot too smalJ to accommodate structures, parking, open space and driveway
· Lack of compliance and termite inspections prior to move.on
· Lack of required permits and inspections prior to move.on
· Lack of planning site approval
This order requires that permits to demolish or remove must be obtained within thirty (30)
( days and the structure demoJished or removed and premises cleared within sixty (60) days.
Any person having any recorded title or legal interest in this building may appeal this Order
to the Housing and Appeals Board, providing the appeal is in writing and is received within
thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal
constitutes a waiver of all rights to an administrative hearing and determination of the
matter.
