Accordingly, the following actions shall be implemented on or about the following dates: 1. The burned out building shall be 100 percent removed from the premises by January 10, 1991; 2. The metal building located in the rear of the property shall be 100 percent removed by February 10, 1991; and, 3. The lot must be leveled and cleared of all materials, including all contaminated soil by March 10, 1991. Failure to meet the above deadlines may result in a criminal complaint being filed against you with all costs associated with legal proceedings and related site abatement fees levied against the property.
