RE: RESULTS OF DECEMBER 10, 1990 APPEAL PRESENTED BEFORE THE
BOARD OF APPEALS AND ADVISORS
The Board of Appeals and Advisors has upheld the Notice and Order of the Building
Official. Accordingly, the following actions shall be implemented on or about the following
dates:
1. The burned out building shall be 100 percent removed from the premises by January
10, 1991;
2. The metal building located in the rear of the property shall be 100 percent removed
by February 10, 1991; and,
3. The lot must be leveled and cleared of all materials, including all contaminated soil
by March 10, 1991.
Failure to meet the above deadlines may result in a criminal complaint being filed against
you with all costs associated with legal proceedings and related site abatement fees levied
against the property.
In the event further information or clarification should be necessary, please do not hesitate
to contact the undersigned.
