OLD BUSINESS:
IS-Ol-Ol - Superior Ready Mix Concrete (Amendment to the Otay Valley road
Project Area Implementation Plan/Design Manual Addendum to Permit Concrete
Batch Plants)
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC consider the Initial Study/Negative
Declaration for Superior Ready Mix Concrete and determine if it is adequate and
should be adopted.
NEW BUSINESS:
IS-00-48 - Friendship Board & Care - 247-249 Fourth Avenue
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate
and the Negative Declaration be adopted.
IS-OO-OO - Peak Load Power Plant - 2497 Main Street
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC consider the Initial Study/Mitigated
Negative Declaration and determine if it is adequate and should be adopted.
