Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is
adequate and the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
3. IS-01-025 - Fourth Avenue & James Court Tentative Parcel Map (Lot Split)
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is
adequate and the Negative Declaration be adopted.
4. IS-01-034 - 498 Moss Street (Lot Split)
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is
adequate and the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
