HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2004-109 RESOLUTION NO. 2004-109 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE GRANT OF EASEMENTS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR OTAY RANCH VILLAGE 11 "A" MAP NO.2 WHEREAS, the Grant of Easements and Maintenance Agreement for Otay Ranch Village 11 "A" Map No.2 for the grant of easements and maintenance agreement sets forth the developer's obligation to maintain landscaping in the public right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the obligation will be assigned to the Homeowner's Association (HOA) after the landscaping has been established and turned over to the HOA to maintain; and WHEREAS, further agreements will be brought before Council with each subsequent map for HOA maintained public property within the subdivision boundary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the Grant of Easements and Maintenance Agreement for the grant of easements and maintenance for Chula Vista Tract No. 01-11, Otay Ranch, Village 11 "A" Map No.2, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
