Approve the meeting minutes dated: July 16, 2026
5.2 Receive Report on the Park Master Plan for the 6.5 -Acre Neighborhood Park (P-1) and
the 2.2 -Acre Edge Trails in Otay Ranch Village Eight East, and Recommend City
Council Approval
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommend the Park Master Plan for the 6,5 -acre Neighborhood Park (P-1) and the
2.2 -acre Edge Trails in Otay Ranch Village Eight East be forwarded to City Council for
approval.
5.3 Memorial Bench Dedication Program
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive the presentation and take action as appropriate.

Receive the presentation and provide feedback.
