Government Code section 84308 is intended to promote transparency and fairness in governmental decision-making by limiting certain campaign contributions involving proceedings for a "license, permit, or other entitlement for use," as defined in the Political Reform Act. For agenda items subject to these regulations, parties to the proceeding must disclose any campaign contribution over $500, aggregated, made within the preceding 12 months by the party, their agent, or others whose contributions must be aggregated under Government Code section 82015.5. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to a consultant services agreement with I-GSD Management Inc. for project management/city representative services that 1) increases the initial contract (through September 30, 2026) amount by $53,400; and 2) exercises the one- year extension option through September 30, 2027 at $300,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $703,400. 5.PUBLIC COMMENTS Twenty-one minutes are scheduled for the public to address the City Council for three minutes each on any matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council that is not on the agenda.
