1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.
Mayor McCann announced, pursuant to the California Brown Act, (Government Code
Section 54952.3), that he and all Councilmembers would receive $50 for their attendance
at that Housing Authority meeting, held simultaneously with the City Council meeting.

City Clerk Bigelow called the roll.
Councilmember Preciado joined the meeting at 5:32 p.m.

community impacts associated with tobacco products and vaping.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS
7.1 Annual Military Equipment Report: Accept the Annual AB 481 Military
Equipment Report, Review and Renew Ordinance No. 3549, and Amend the
Chula Vista Police Department Military Equipment Policy
Notice of the hearing was given in accordance with legal requirements, and the
hearing was held on the date and no earlier than the time specified in the notice.
Captain Barrett and Lieutenant Monreal gave a presentation on the item.
Mayor McCann opened the public hearing.
Margaret Baker, representing South Bay People Power, submitted written comments
in opposition to the item.
There being no further members of the public who wished to speak, Mayor McCann
closed the public hearing.

MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT; (2) APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ANY AND ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER THE NOTE,
COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION, AND IMPLEMENT THIS RESOLUTION; AND (3)
