Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista has called and will convene a Special Meeting
of the City Council at the time and location stated on this agenda.
HOW TO WATCH: A recorded version of the meeting will be available within 72 hours of the meeting at
chulavistaca.gov/councilmeetings.

It is extremely inappropriate to have a representative from the Rock Church be at the State of the City
event on 4/28.
Not only were they culpable in a girl's death (Arabella McCormack) for not reporting known child abuse,
they have repeatedly been bad neighbors in local communities, and disavowed health restrictions during
COVID.
I'm disgusted the Mayor is allowed to promote his religious beliefs and affiliations in a citywide event.
