CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the Measure A Citizens' Oversight Committee of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 6:07 p.m. in person. 2. ROLL CALL Secretary Giron called the roll. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. ACTION ITEMS 4.1 Appointment of Committee Chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Elect Chair and Vice Chair, options include reappointment of existing Chair and Vice Chair. 1 Reappointment of existing Chair, David Stucky Moved by Committee Member Sallee Seconded by Committee Member Becotte Result: Carried Unanimously Appointment of Committee Member Salle for Vice Chair Moved by Chair Stucky Seconded by Committee Member Becotte Result: Carried Unanimously 4.2 Approval of Meeting Minutes April 10, 2025 Moved by Committee Member Becotte Seconded by Committee Member Sallee Committee approve the minutes Result: Carried Unanimously 4.3 FY 2024-2025 Annual Activities Report Moved by Committee Member Sallee Seconded by Committee Member Estrada Result: Carried Unanimously 4.4 Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Measure A Public Safety Expenditure Plan to Establish a General Hourly Personnel Budget Instead of Specific Hourly Positions Moved by Committee Member Becotte Seconded by Committee Member Monreal Confirm use of Police Department available fund balance for position changes is in compliance with the Measure A spending plan. Yes (3): Committee Member Becotte, Committee Member Estrada, Committee Member Monreal No (2): Committee Member Sallee, Chair Stucky Result: Carried (3 to 2) 2 4.5 Funding for Grant Match to Acquire Remote -Controlled Masticator and Utility Truck Moved by Committee Member Sallee Seconded by Chair Stucky Confirm use of Fire Department's Measure A available one-time fund balance for the City's grant match to acquire a remote -controlled masticator and utility truck is in compliance with the Measure A spending plan. Result: Carried Unanimously 5. PRESENTATIONS 5.1 Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure A Sales Tax Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 (Quarter 4). The Committee receive the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure A Sales Tax Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 (4tt' Quarter) based on unaudited information. OTHER BUSINESS 6. STAFF COMMENTS None 7.
