1. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Measure A Citizens' Oversight Committee of the City of
Chula Vista was called to order at 6:07 p.m. in person.

4.1 Appointment of Committee Chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2025-
2026
Elect Chair and Vice Chair, options include reappointment of existing
Chair and Vice Chair.

4.4 Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Measure A Public
Safety Expenditure Plan to Establish a General Hourly Personnel
Budget Instead of Specific Hourly Positions

Confirm use of Police Department available fund balance for position
changes is in compliance with the Measure A spending plan.

4.5 Funding for Grant Match to Acquire Remote -Controlled Masticator
and Utility Truck
Moved by Committee Member Sallee

Confirm use of Fire Department's Measure A available one-time fund
balance for the City's grant match to acquire a remote -controlled masticator
and utility truck is in compliance with the Measure A spending plan.
Result: Carried Unanimously

5.1 Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure A Sales Tax
Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 (Quarter 4).
The Committee receive the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Measure A Sales Tax
Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 (4tt' Quarter) based on unaudited
information.
