Each person will be allotted three minutes to address the Board, unless otherwise adjusted by the presiding officer. ACTION ITEMS Action items are considered individually by the Interview Panel and are expected to elicit discussion and deliberation. 3.1 Conduct Interviews and Select Attorneys to Serve on the City of Chula Vista's Campaign Contribution Ordinance Enforcement Authority Panel Recommended Action: Determine the interview questions and any necessary Interview or appointment procedures, conduct interviews of the applicants, and select no less than three applicants to serve on a panel of attorneys who will act as the enforcement authority of the City of Chula Vista's Campaign Contribution Ordinance, as set forth in Chula Vista Municipal Code section 2.52. The following applicants will be interviewed: Christina Cameron & Leslie Devaney of Devaney Pate Morris & Cameron, Roger Geddes of Law Offices of Roger A. Geddes, and Stephen Kaufman & Gary Winuk of Kaufman Legal Group. 3.2 Authorize the City Attorney's Office to Complete the Minutes for the February 25, 2026, Meeting Recommended Action: Authorize the City Attorney's Office to complete the February 25, 2026, Board of Ethics Interview Panel Meeting minutes without further action from the Interview Panel. 4.
