CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. at Norman Park Senior Center. 2. ROLL CALL Commission Secretary Covarrubio called the roll. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS Received public comment by resident Robert. 4. ACTION ITEMS 4.1 Approval of Meeting Minutes Moved by Commissioner Englehart Seconded by Vice Chair Padilla Approve the meeting minutes dated July 17, 2025. The motion was carried by the following vote Page 1 Yes (7): Commissioner Englehart, Commissioner Enriquez, Commissioner Fawver, Commissioner Rodriguez, Commissioner Zarem, Vice Chair Padilla, and Chair Calvo RESULT:Carried (7 to 0) 5. PRESENTATIONS 5.1 Updates on Oxford and Fourth Park Planning by Director Carson Received public comment by resident Robert. Director Carson gave a presentation. 5.2 Rohr Park Master Plan Mid Plan Report Update by Director Carson Received public comment by resident Robert. Director Carson gave a presentation. 5.3 Leader of the Season Presented by Director Carson Received public comment by resident Robert.
