RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA MAKING VARIOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE
FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET FOR APPROPRIATING
FUNDS THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the City Charter states that at any meeting after the adoption of the budget,
the City Council may amend or supplement the budget by a motion adopted by the affirmative
votes of at least four members; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending in the General Fund a transfer of $64,459 in Supplies
and Services expenditure appropriations from the Non-Departmental department to Personnel
Services in the City Clerk department, resulting in no net impact; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending $113,460 in expenditure appropriations and an increase
to Transfers In revenues of $56,730 in the Other funds, resulting in a net impact of $56,730.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista,
that it hereby amends the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget and approves the following appropriations:
