Increased housing options here support market demand, enable better use of urban space, and help reverse segregations legacy in our region. This rezone will expand accessible housing, advance economic opportunity, and strengthen the communitys vitality and resilience. As the region's cost of living becomes unattainable, it is necessary to increase San Diego's housing supply. It will be a great addition to the area.
